- Scot Lund - President & CEO
- Scot brings 28 years of business experience to Genesis Turnaround. Including having started several of his own businesses, and then growing them into multi-million dollar operations. He is known in the Detroit area, and has been recognized by Detroiter Magazine for Future Fifty Corporations, by Crain's Detroit Business for 40 under 40 top executives, and was nominated as Entrepreneur of the Year, selected by Ernst & Young. Scot also participated in Dan Sullivan's Strategic Coach Program, and MIT's Birthing of Giants program. Scot currently serves on the executive Board of the Turnaround Management Association in Michigan.

- Rebecca Lund - Vice President
- Rebecca brings over 20 years of business accounting and financial management skills to Genesis Turnaround. She is a Presidential Honor graduate of Walsh Business College. Rebecca has worked in profit and non-profit; private and public organizations. She has been involved in many start-ups getting their accounting and offices up and running. She has also developed personnel policies for new businesses, has prepared businesses for growth financing, and has helped businesses with assessment and documentation for growth.
